order is carefully hand packed in Pretty Tissue Paper and is placed in Beautiful
Packaging.
You can buy from one of the mega sites and receive a plain box with a tube of
some product or you can send a gift to yourself but just placing an order with
Trusted Beauty.

Free Shipping is a temporary promotional discount offered at a specific price point and for a limited period of time. Free Shipping promotional offers can and do change frequently. All Free Shipping promotions are temporary. Orders before or after the Free Shipping promotional time constraint will not qualify for Free Shipping. Orders below the promotional price point do not qualify for Free Shipping. Customers are responsible to check current Free Shipping promotions before placing an order.
Package Delivery
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBLITY TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL DELIVERIES. Trusted Remedy, Inc. is not responsible for any package stolen from a customer's home/workplace. Trusted Remedy, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after FedEx, UPS or USPS has picked up the package from our Shipping Center. All orders leave our facility packaged in new materials. Trusted Remedy, Inc. will help customers with FedEx claims.
Shipping Insurance & Signature Requirements
Trusted Remedy, Inc. provides many Shipping Insurance & Signature Requirement options for most deliveries.
Indirect Signature Required (+$1.50)
FedEx will obtain a signature from any person at the address, any neighbor, or a signed FedEx door tag that you can leave authorizing release.
Direct Signature Required (+$2.00)
FedEx will obtain a signature from any person at the address and will reattempt delivery if no one is available to sign for the package.
Adult Signature Required (+$2.75)
FedEx will obtain a signature from any person at the address who is at least 21 years old and has government-issued photo ID as proof of age; Fedex will reattempt delivery if no one is available to sign for the package. |

Shipping Insurance (+$1.30 or FREE with Express Mail)
This additional option will allow reimbursement and/or reshipping to take place in case of a package lost by the U. S. Postal Service.
Signature Required (+$2.00)
The delivery person will request a signature from the person you entered in the shipping information.

If you do not opt to add Insurance or a Signature Requirement, Trusted Remedy, Inc. cannot gaurantee you will receive a refund in the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Trusted Remedy, Inc. HIGHLY recommends that all customers utilize the Shipping Insurance or Signature Requirement features.
International Customers
International shipments require 72hrs to process. The majority of our international shipments arrive in a timely manner, but due to heightened security measures and more packages being held up in Customs, some packages have been taking up to three weeks. Please bear this information in mind when ordering. Shipping costs for International orders are calculated manually. International orders should be placed using the "Phone in Credit Card Info" payment method. Our customer service will contact you to arrange shipping and payment.
