• Items must be returned to us within 15 days of purchase.

We're happy to exchange any item in your order if exchanged within 15 days of receipt of order. We allow only one exchange per order. The customer must return the exchanged product at the customers expense. We will ship the exchanged item at at no additional cost. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working and have not been damaged during shipping. If you find an item to be defective or damaged, give us a call and we'll have the package picked up at our cost. We're happy to refund or replace your order at our cost.

REFUSED DELIVERY, INCORRECT ADDRESS or FAILURE TO BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY
Any customer who refuses delivery of an item they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and $4.00 handling fee. The cost of shipping and handling fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount with ANY REFUSED SHIPMENT.
